Me and Kimmo who is the executive director of Silta-Valmennusyhdistys ry had the possibility of a job shadowing period in January 2024. Job shadowing is one of the valuable components of the Erasmus+ program, providing participants with the chance to observe and learn from other professionals in their field of interest and even for “old hands” like us, we gained valuable insights into work in a different environment.
